In doing all your work for the Lord God Himself, always do them as God’s work should be done, that is, do all your work from the soul, that is to say, gladly, with great pleasure, and—especially—without grumbling. How can one do any kind of work for the Lord God unwillingly, grudgingly, and even more, with grumbling? … Do every task required by your profession diligently and correctly; do not in any case permit unwarranted slowness or carelessness.
